Wipe it. Do not soak it.

Most pieces want a dry or slightly damp cloth, then to be left alone. A little paste wax brings the finish back when it looks tired. Keep them away from standing water and strong heat.

The cheese boards are finished with food-safe mineral oil and beeswax. Wipe them with a damp cloth and dry them straight away. Do not soak them, and do not put them in a dishwasher. A drop of food-safe oil refreshes the surface when it looks dry.

Tea light holders take a tea light in its metal cup. Do not leave a flame unattended, and keep them away from curtains. Wipe them when they are cold.

The picnic table can live outside. Bring it in through a long wet spell. The large dice stay indoors, or on a dry patio. Rain is not a finish.
