What the form keeps.

If you write through the form, Jim receives your name, email, phone if you gave one, the piece you named, and the message. A copy is kept so he can reply, and that copy is deleted after 90 days.

The form is not used for a mailing list. There is no account. The site does not ask you to sign in.

Reply, if you want the copy removed sooner, by using the same form and saying so.
