Striped oak, a hinged wire, and a finish that is safe for food.
A striped oak cheese board with a wire slicer, made to sit on the table and cut a clean slice.
The top is light and darker oak. A metal wire arm hinges at the back. Set the cheese on the board, lift the arm, line the wire up with the thickness you want, and bring it down slowly.
Finished with food-safe mineral oil and beeswax. Any other colour would still be finished for food.

Size. 25 × 14.5 × 3 cm. About 1 kg.
Care. Wipe with a damp cloth and dry it straight away. Do not soak the board, and do not put it in a dishwasher.
Colour can be customised. If you would like a different colour, say so in the message and it can be discussed.
